Interns and mentors separately take part in supervisions which aims are to share experiences in every month, discuss problems and issues raised during the Program.

Supervisions are organized twice during the Program where they contact and get to konw each other, share their experiences.  Interns can discuss their problems because supervisions are organized separately for interns and mentors.

Supervisions are organized monthly for mentors where they can share their experiences and discuss their problems with the help of a professional who cares for people with disabilities. The aim of mentor training is to enable mentors providing the best circumstances for interns with disabilities to gain work experiences.

Supervisions are great opportunities for both interns and mentors to build networks so that they can easily contact and help each other.
